Sun Seeker Farm is nestled in the South Toe River Area, surrounded by the Black Mountains of Western North Carolina, and seven miles north of Mt. Mitchell—the tallest peak in the Appalachians. Our first season will begin in the Spring of 2022—growing primarily cut and dried flowers for market.

The Jacobson family originally designed the property, using the principles of Permaculture design. The farm is solar powered and on a southern facing slope for maximum sun gain. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of the Blue Ridge Conservancy and in a dark sky community—which limits light pollution, allowing for an amazing view of the sky on clear nights.

Cut Flower Bouquets

Our flowers are available at local farmer's markets including the Yancey County Farmer's Market and occasionally in front of the Ten Thousand Things Co-Op next toe Toe River Crafts. Follow us on Instagram for exact dates and times.

As first year growers, we're open to other ways for you to purchase our flowers. Please email us at sunseekerfarm@gmail.com if you have a special need or event and we can discuss if its a good fit.
